We offer a wide selection across many categories to meet your everyday needs.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, enjoy the convenience of same-day delivery for most orders placed before 2pm.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Can I pay on delivery?

Yes, payment on delivery is accepted but no cash should be given to the dispatch rider, all payments must be sent via Mobile Money or Bank Transfer.

What is your return policy?

Once you inspect the product upon delivery and notice any defects immediately notify us for a replacement.

What are your working hours?

Primia Mall is open to take orders Monday – Sunday from 8am to 5pm, including statutory holidays. Orders placed after 5pm will be dispatched early the next morning.

How do I get in touch for inquiries?

You can reach us using Livechat on the website, by Phone, Whatsapp, E-mail or Telegram.

Do you deliver outside Accra?

We can arrange delivery to every region in Ghana through 3rd-party courier services, however orders outside Accra will be received by customers a day after the order has been sent out and receipt sent to customer via WhatsApp for confirmation.
